Shipping Fees
For a limited time, we are offering: Free Hong Kong and Taiwan shipping. 

- We only offer standard shipping at the moment but are working to expand our shipping options. 

- To protect you from international import tax, we will declare a lower value than your order value. If customs duties are incurred, you will be responsible to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.

Delivery Time
Processing time = 1-5 business days
Shipping time = 5-15 business days

Total delivery time is processing + shipping time.

- This is an estimated delivery time. In rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances by postal service. We will not be responsible for delays due to these factors.

Location
We are based in Taiwan and Hong Kong. 

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email from us with the tracking information once the package is on its way to you! You may track your package here with the tracking number provided.

Tracking Number Doesn't Work
The tracking information may take up to 5-10 business days to be updated in the system. If after 10 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd love to check for you internally.

Wrong Address
We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this for you if the order has not been shipped out yet.

However, if the order is already in transit, we kindly ask for you to call the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.

- We cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided.
